Confirm Your Event

A contract and an estimate of total expenses will be provided during your client consulation. To proceed with promotion of your event, Tacoma Arts Live must receive your formal signed contract. To confirm your venue reservation, a deposit based on the total rental amount is required.


Tacoma Arts Live requests to receive an insurance rider that demonstrates $1,000,000 liability and $2,000,000 property coverage with Tacoma Arts Live and the City of Tacoma listed as additionally insured with the contract for all public events.
