Tacoma Arts Live Conservatory: Youth + Young Adult Camps & Classes

SUMMER CAMPS ARE HERE!

Pulling Back the Curtain: HamiltonPullingBacktheCurtain_Hamilton2.jpg

Ever wonder what it takes to put on the spectacle that is a live Broadway production? Want to start taking your theater career to the next level? This is the camp for you!

Get an inside look into how professional actors and creators gear up and prepare to keep audience members on the edge of their seats. We will be looking at some of musical theatre’s most popular shows and analyzing the text, movement and music to really see what it’s like to be on the other side of the curtain. The work that actors do to really get a story told within two hours is no small feat, and it takes a village!

*You will have the opportunity to work with renowned actors from BIG SHOWS and lean some of the actual repertoire and processes they went through.*
